All Saints’ Episcopal Church
We welcome, serve and love all unconditionally through Jesus Christ THIS WEEK AT ALL SAINTS: From the Rector: Our last Evening Prayer service is this Wednesday at 6:00 pm at Epiphany in Laurens. Mitchell will deliver the homily so come early to get a seat! We’ll then have a soup supper in the parish hall. This Sunday begins Holy Week with Palm Sunday. I hope you will make this time intentional. Be present. Join in the Liturgy of the Palms and hear again the Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ. Come on Maundy Thursday as we remember Jesus’ mandate at the institution of the Holy Eucharist and as the Altar is stripped. Come on Good Friday and remember the sacrifice of our Lord on the Cross. It is an important week in our faith; the center of all that we are as followers of Christ. Howard Pierce will continue to take individual and family photos each Sunday after church in the narthex before coffee hour. These are not intended to be formal; they will be used to make an informal directory thorough our church software. Please make every effort to get your photo taken in the next few weeks. Finally, the vestry and I would like to invite you all to my and Alicia’s house for a casual drop in on Easter Sunday between 4 pm and 6 pm. It is intended to be a time of fellowship and thanksgiving for you, our All Saints’ family. We look so forward to hosting you in our home.
