THIS WEEK AT ALL SAINTS:
From the Rector:
Adult Formation at 9:30 will continue with Peter Hobbie for the next two weeks. It is not too late to join – as always Peter holds a lively and informative class.
This year we are offering a simple Thanksgiving service at 10:00 on Thanksgiving Day. Please join us.
Advent is quickly approaching, and we are again partnering with Epiphany in Laurens for Evening Prayer and a simple supper on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm. On December 5th, the first Wednesday in Advent, we will gather at Epiphany and I will preach at the service. The following two, December 12th and 19th, we will gather at All Saints’ and the Rev. Paul Abernathy will preach. Please make a point to join us in this time of faith and fellowship during this holy season.
Stewardship letters and pledge cards have been mailed to the congregation. If you didn’t receive one, please call or email the church office with your updated mailing address. There are also copies of the letter and pledge cards in the back of the church. Please take time to read the letter and pray about how you will respond to God’s work in and through All Saints’.
We will bless them at the altar on Sunday, December 2nd.

SERMONS are now available on the website. Each week they are uploaded along with a copy of the Newsbytes. You’ll find the tab for each at the top of the home page.
THE NURSERY is now available for those who wish to use it. We are assigning volunteers on a monthly rotation throughout the year. Please consider volunteering – safe church training is required. Information regarding training dates and sites can be found on the diocesan website – www.edusc.org
THE FIRST SUNDAY OUTREACH OFFERING is taken up at the close of the service on the first Sunday of each month. December’s offering will benefit Hospice of Laurens County.
UNITED MINISTRIES FOOD BASKETS: Nonperishable food will be received at the church at any time. This food will be presented at the altar on the second Sunday of each month. Please remember to bring nonperishable foods to fill the baskets!
SINGING ROOSTER FAIR-TRADE COFFEE FROM HAITI is available through the church as a way of supporting our diocesan mission in Cange. Bags of coffee are available for purchase in the parish hall. Buy some for yourself—and some to give as gifts! All proceeds go to the farmers who grow the coffee in Haiti.
GLUTEN-FREE COMMUNION WAFERS are always available upon request. Let the priest know before the service or at the communion rail.
