All Saints’ Episcopal Church
We welcome, serve and love all unconditionally through Jesus Christ THIS WEEK AT ALL SAINTS: From the Rector: Alleluia! Christ is risen! Yes, it is still the Easter season and therefore perfectly correct to still be greeting one another this way. Thanks to all who worked so hard to make Holy Week and Easter Day so special. From the choir and altar guild, to ushers, lectors, Eucharistic ministers and flower arrangers. I also want to especially thank our senior warden, Jenks Howe, for helping make our Easter drop-in so successful. I think we all enjoyed it greatly. This Sunday we say good-bye to our Canterbury peer minister, Anna Shuford, who graduates on May 11th. Anna has also been a faithful lay minister here serving as both acolyte and Eucharistic minister. Please make every effort to be here to wish her well in her new position at Mount Vernon Presbyterian School in Atlanta. Alicia and I are glad to be back after our weekend respite at the beach. Thank you to the Rev. Wayne Kinyon for filling in. We’ll be starting back with adult formation class this Sunday continuing Glorious Companions. Sam Wilson will lead the discussion on Madeline L’Engle. See you all Sunday!
