Reservation Information

Eligibility for Interment

The Columbarium niches are reserved only for members or former members of All Saints’ Church and their immediate families or those others who have had a special relationship to All Saints’ Church over the years. Requests for exceptions to this policy must be approved by the Columbarium Board and the Vestry.

Use of Niches

Each niche may be used to inter the ashes of one or two persons designated by the permit holder. One urn will be used for one person and two urns will be used for two persons.

Niche Reservations and Fees

Niches shall be reserved upon application and payment of the fee in effect at the time of the reservation. The fee for a single niche is $720.00, a double niche $960.00, and a memorial plaque $240.00. The Vestry may change the fees at any time as it deems appropriate. The fee will cover the use of the niche, the urn, the inscription on the face plate, opening and closing the niche, and the maintenance of the Columbarium. Once the fee is paid, there will be no further charge to the permit holder. Other expenses associated with the death (such as the cremation itself) will be borne by the family of the deceased.

Memorial Plaques

Plaques in memory of someone buried elsewhere may be purchased for $240.00 and placed on the wall of the Columbarium.

Rites and Services

All rites and services relating to interment in the Columbarium will be in consultation with the Rector (or Priest in Charge) of the parish and in accordance with the Book of Common Prayer.

Columbarium Board

A Columbarium Board appointed by the Vestry oversees and executes the policies of the Vestry in regard to the Columbarium. Any questions concerning the Columbarium should be referred to the Columbarium Board.
